A pungent mix of programming, philosophy, pedanticism, procrastination, perplexity, peripheral political polemic, and platters of preposterousness.

Brian Leiter ran a poll asking who the best philosopher of the twentieth century is. Wittgenstein wins it, but David Lewis comes a close second (he won it by a mile in a nearby possible world). Russell, Heidegger, Rawls and Quine do well. Surprised that Tarski and Kripke didn’t get rated higher.
